INJECTION

Giallo movie. A mysterious poisoner-maniac sneaks into a mansion to play his sinister game. He sprays the room with a soporific smoke and hides in a hiding place. When the lady enters, she immediately falls into a deep, heavy sleep. She falls asleep with a headache, but that was only the first act. The second act is even more terrifying: he returns with a syringe of poison and gives her a fatal injection in the heel. He vanishes into the night, leaving the poor lady writhing in her bed, poisoned, ready to fall into eternal sleep...
