i recently found sensei amoura's site, and I'm glad I got this clip as it is ball kicking perfection. after a few practice rounds she moves up to lots of hard kicks (and knees), but what really seals the deal is her style, her commentary, laughter and victory dances while the sub is down and, no doubt to her practice, how effortless it seems on her part to quickly and casually leave a guy on the floor.
