Christmas Art Lesson Santa Claus Art Project Christmas Craft Art Activity
This Santa Claus Art Project is a festive Christmas art lesson to teach before winter break. Students follow a guided drawing tutorial to create a jolly Santa Claus, then use sponge painting and cotton swab techniques to add texture and depth.
Along the way they work with oil pastels and paint, building confidence in drawing, blending and layering colors. It is a low-prep, step-by-step resource for art teachers, classroom teachers and homeschooling parents.
