Fancy Flared Beer Can Top Hat - Crochet Pattern & Tutorial

Here is a Beer Can Hat that anyone will be proud to wear out in public! By popular demand, this Mad Hatter/ Steampunk style has that classic flared shape, while keeping my standard can crochet techniques.

Of course I had to include a Queen of Hearts type Crown, which I personally needed for my Royal self. Ha.
