Kids inhaler tracker | inhaler chart | medication tracker |
An Inhaler chart designed for kids but anyone can use it! Simply tick the boxes for every puff you have used in the sections for morning and night.
I am a mum who suffers from Asthma and my 9 year old son has had Asthma from a very young age too. We are forever creating charts to help monitor the puffs of medication, to make sure we don't run out.
Not all Inhalers have a dosage counter on them. So it’s very important to keep track of our inhaler dosage.
When our inhaler medication runs out, the inhaler will still puff out air. This may confuse us into thinking our inhaler is still giving out our medication when it’s not! And we can be suffering without knowing.
So keeping track of our dosage amounts, will inform us when we have used up all of our medication in our inhalers, or that we are coming to the end and a new one is needed.
On this printable A4 chart, there are 120 tick boxes. Now my sons inhaler dosage in 120, so this chart is perfect and will fill to correct amount used. If you have a higher dosage, simply print out a second page and mark out where your dosage ends, so you know when you are coming to the end too.
This is a digital download only. Great for printing out as many times as you like.
