Les conversations entre amis - Pre/Intermediate

The course ‘Les conversations entre amis’ at Pre-Intermediate and Intermediate Level has been written to help you explore a wider range of familiar and everyday expressions whilst building your repertoire of useful and interesting vocabulary. Each of the 5 lessons focus on a specific conversation (recorded by me and my French friend) that introduces a specific grammar point such as direct and indirect object pronouns, reflexive verbs in the Perfect Tense, the future tenses and relative pronouns. Each lesson is packed with activities to help you practise and consolidate the key focus and also includes structured reading out loud opportunities.

The scenarios include:

• Preparing for a special birthday party
• Concern for a good friend
• Settling into a new town
• Plans for the weekend
• Discussing a recent holiday
