Improvisers: act, "write" and direct. This e-book was created as part of my PhD research on the directing choices that, as performers, we do when we improvise. I present a compilation of exercises to practice this point of view in Impro, debate some ideas and share references and study materials.
The exercises are organized as individual practices that you can do alone and at home (personal training for now, in times of pandemic, and also for all times because our personal training matters). I also present the format of each exercise for group training, reflections on themes and materials/topics directly related to each exercise.
