Q: What files do I need to send you?
A: You’ll upload your manuscript as a Word or Google Doc. If your front/back matter (like dedication, acknowledgments, or author bio) isn’t included in the manuscript, you can send it separately.
Q: What file types will I get back?
A: For eBook formatting, you’ll receive an EPUB file (the format Amazon KDP and BookFunnel require). For print, you’ll receive a PDF that’s properly sized and styled for paperback/hardcover.
Q: How long does formatting take?
A: Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days after you submit your manuscript and intake form.
Q: Can I request changes after delivery?
A: Yes—your service includes one round of minor adjustments (spacing fixes, typos, etc.). Major revisions to the manuscript may require additional fees.
Q: Do you design book covers too?
A: Yes! Covers are a separate service. If you need both, you can book formatting and cover design together for a full package.
Q: Will this guarantee my book sells well?
A: No. Formatting makes your book look professional and ready to publish, but sales depend on factors like genre, marketing, and visibility.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No refunds are available. Formatting is a custom service, and once my time has been spent working on your manuscript, it cannot be returned.
