This is a guide that you can use during your Health and Wellness Journey. It pairs well with those starting the SBL journey but you can certainly benefit from it even if you are not in SBL.  You can use this journal to document your goals, meal plan, and more. There are weeks designated for your points and learning metrics for the week. What's most important is that you can list all of your important health history so that others will have this information in case you are not able to provide it. 

Please pay attention when you order - if you are local indicate this so that you can pick up in either Aurora or Durham.  If your item needs to be mailed please choose the mail option as this will allow for shipping costs. Both the regular bound version and a limited version of the spiral bound version is available.
