Store Pulse: Shopify Order Alerts & Daily Sales Digest

Stop refreshing your store admin. Store Pulse is a ready-to-import n8n workflow that keeps an eye on your Shopify (or WooCommerce) store and tells you what matters, where you already are: Slack, Telegram and your inbox.

WHO IT'S FOR

Independent Shopify and WooCommerce sellers, small e-commerce teams, and freelancers who manage stores for clients and want clear, automatic store updates without paying for another monthly app.

WHAT IT DOES

1. New order alerts (instant): items, total, customer name and city, plus a first-time vs repeat customer flag. Every order is logged to Google Sheets, and webhook retries are ignored so you never get double pings.

2. VIP order alerts: an extra heads-up when an order is at or above your threshold, so you can add a thank-you note or ship it first.

3. Daily digest at 8am: yesterday's revenue, order count, average order value, top 5 products and refunds, each compared with the same weekday last week. Sent as a clean HTML email and a short chat summary.

4. Low-stock check: one restock list of every product or variant at or below your threshold. Each SKU is flagged only once every 3 days (tracked in your sheet), so there's no daily nagging.

5. Review requests: one friendly email per order, N days after fulfilment. Each order is asked once, each customer at most once in 30 days, with a daily cap. Refunded and cancelled orders are skipped.

6. Error alerts: if a step fails, you get a chat message naming the step and the reason.

REQUIREMENTS

The workflow uses only built-in n8n nodes and makes no paid AI calls. Any costs from your n8n plan or other third-party services are your own.
