The delicate cable lattice that runs across the front and back of this cardigan reminded me of musical notes, or possibly a rippling stream -- combined, those ideas created the River Melody.

Knit from the bottom up with raglan decreases at the shoulders, this seamless cardigan includes waist shaping instructions. The sleeves are worked separately to the armholes and then joined to the body. The finished, blocked sweater is meant to be worn with 0-3” / 0-8 cm of positive ease.

Please consider adjusting the length of the sweater to fit your height and desired length (note that these adjustments may affect the amount of yarn needed). The pattern as written suggests a length of 14” / 36 cm from the hem to the underarms. Those wanting a cropped fit may shorten the body length to 11-12” / 28-30.5 cm and omit the waist shaping.
