Do you ever feel like you are constantly juggling? Between the meals, the school runs and the endless to-do lists, the days can often feel like a blur. Before you know it, you are reacting to your children rather than truly being with them. We have all been there, and we have all felt that moment when we "flip our lids" along with our children.


The Parenting Pause is designed to help you find the "pause button" in the middle of that chaos. This is not about being a "perfect" parent (because that does not exist). It is about being more aware, more patient and more connected.

What life can start to feel like

This is not about becoming a different parent. It is about coming home to the one you already are.

By the end of our six weeks together, you will start to catch yourself before the snap, not after. You will feel the difference between reacting from a frazzled place and responding from a steady one. You will start meeting things differently.

Your child will start to name their feelings instead of only acting them out. And underneath all of it, you will be passing something on. A way of being with feelings, with yourself and with each other, that your children will carry into their own lives one day.

How It Works

This is a hybrid course, designed specifically for busy lives. You get the flexibility of self-paced learning combined with deep, personal support from me.

  • 6 Weekly Modules: A mixture of bite-sized videos, guided audios and helpful PDF guides that you can access on your own time.
  • Private Weekly Check-ins: Once a week, I will check in with you privately via message to see how you are getting on. It is a dedicated space for you to ask questions, share your "wins", or get extra encouragement.
  • 2 Online Live Group Sessions: Dedicated time for us to come together to share insights, practice together and answer your questions.
  • Personalised Tailoring: Every person who joins will receive a 15 minute one-to-one session with me over zoom at the start of the course to ensure the journey supports your specific family needs.
  • Starts May 30th!


The Journey

Using a curriculum inspired by Louise Shanagher from Creative Mindfulness and Ciaran Ivanovic from Mindful Kids, we will move through two transformative phases:

  1. The Mindful Parent: Calm the "monkey mind," understand why we "flip our lids," and learn to be the stable "mountain" for your child.
  2. The Mindful Child: Practical, fun tools like "Mind Jars" and "Feeling Visitors" to help your children regulate their emotions and find their own calm.

The Parenting Pause begins on Saturday 30th May. Together we will spend six weeks gently building the kind of inner steadiness that does not depend on the day going to plan and learning the tools to share that steadiness with the children we love.

This is a small, founding cohort, with weekly check-ins from me (just between you and me) and live group sessions to keep us connected. I would love to have you with us.
