FULL LICENCE TERMS

This licence is based on the total combined gross sales revenue generated from the resulting artwork, including the original artwork and any reproductions (such as prints, postcards, or merchandise derived from the artwork).

The image may only be used as a reference for creating original artwork. Any direct reproduction of the photograph, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

The permissions for selling artwork depend on the selected licence type.

✅ You are allowed to:

Use the photograph as reference for creating one original, physical artwork (e.g. painting, drawing, pastel, sculpture, scratchboard, carving, cross-stitch, etc.)

Display the artwork in exhibitions, galleries and competitions

License or publish the artwork

Promote and share images of the finished artwork in your portfolio or on social media

❌ You are not allowed to:

Resell, share, distribute, or make the original photograph available to others in any form

Use the photograph for commercial purposes as a photograph (digital or print)

Create or sell digital artworks or digital manipulations derived from the photograph (including tracing, photo-bashing, or AI-based transformations)

Print, reproduce, or sell the photo in its original form, including as art prints, posters, or merchandise

Use the original photograph in advertising, websites, blogs, magazines, or promotional materials

Transfer or resell this licence to another person

When sharing, publishing, or exhibiting the resulting artwork, credit must be given as:

Copyright

The copyright of the original photograph remains at all times with Linda Smit Photography.

This licence grants usage rights only as described above and does not transfer ownership of the image.
