The Eat More, Live More philosophy was born from a belief that health and performance shouldn’t require restriction, punishment, or unsustainable extremes.

After over a decade as a chef and years coaching in gyms across the world, I saw how many people were under-eating, over-training, and burning out—mentally and physically. I built this approach to flip that narrative.

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a long-term framework for living well, fueling confidently, and training with purpose.

Why work with me?

For starters, I’m not pushing anything that I don’t live and breathe myself. I picked the name ‘Eat More, Live More’ as that is essentially the guiding ethos by which I live, and I back it up with genuine knowledge, real-world experience, and an unmatched passion for what I do.

In my time, I’ve cooked thousands of dishes of a multitude of cuisines. I’ve tried every diet for a protracted period of time - from raw vegan to carnivore. I’ve travelled all around the world, lived in multiple countries, with my whole life in a backpack. In that time, I’ve been able to maintain focus on my health and fitness goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different to generic online programs?

Typically, when you buy an online program - you get the product and you figure it out on your own. Not here, it's all tailored specifically to your goals, your rate of adaptation, your lifestyle demands. We will check in regularly, you will be coached, you will be encouraged, you will be critiqued, and you will be held accountable. We're very much in this together now.


Is this suitable if I'm training towards a specific goal?

I'd cofidently argue that this is best suited for someone training towards a specific goal. Currently, I have a roster of CrossFitters, Powerlifters, Endurance athletes and Multi-modality athletes under my wing. The day-to-day is very different for each of them, as it reflects the demands of their own goals and lifestyles.


Where are you based, and do I need to be in the same location?

I myself am based in Orange, NSW, Australia (For now). However - I have coaching clients here, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Thailand currently. It doesn't matter where you are, or what time zone you operate under - I'm here for you.
