Binzii_FastEase!

"Ease that follows your playhead."

Binzii_FastEase is an After Effects script that lets animators apply intelligent ease curves based on the position of the Current Time Indicator (CTI) between two keyframes — automatically shaping the curve peak to match where you are in the timeline.

1. CTI-BASED EASING

• The curve peak always follows your playhead position between the two selected keyframes
• Works asymmetrically — CTI closer to the left keyframe gives a left-skewed peak, and vice versa
• Supports multiple properties simultaneously (e.g. Position + Rotation at once)

2. STRENGTH CONTROL

• Slider from 0–100% to control how extreme the ease curve is
• Quick action buttons: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% for instant one-click application
• Auto Apply mode: ease updates in real-time as you drag the slider

3. SMART VALIDATION

• Requires exactly 2 selected keyframes per property — no more, no less
• CTI must be between (or on) the selected keyframes
• Clear status feedback for every action

QUICK USAGE GUIDE:

• Select exactly 2 keyframes per property in the After Effects timeline
• Position your CTI anywhere between those keyframes
• Adjust the Strength slider to set the intensity of the ease
• Click Apply Ease — or enable Auto for real-time updates

HOW TO INSTALL

1. Download Binzii_FastEase.jsx
2. Place the file in your After Effects Scripts folder:

• Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects [version]\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels\
• Mac: /Applications/Adobe After Effects [version]/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels/

1. Restart After Effects
2. Go to Window menu → find Binzii_FastEase.jsx at the bottom of the list
3. Click it to open — you can dock it anywhere in your workspace like any other panel
