Sloth's Realm — VRChat Asset Store Terms of Service (T.O.S.)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, commissioning, receiving, or using any digital product from Sloth's Realm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service ("T.O.S."). If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use any of my products or services.

2. Definitions

Creator / Seller

The owner of Sloth's Realm and all associated digital products and services.

Buyer / Customer

Any individual who purchases, receives, or uses products sold by the Creator.

Assets

Includes, but is not limited to:

• VRChat Avatars
• Models
• Textures
• Materials
• Shaders
• Animations
• Worlds
• Prefabs
• Icons
• Clothing
• Accessories
• Unity Packages
• Blender Files
• Any other digital content sold or distributed by the Creator

3. Permitted Use

You MAY:

• Use purchased assets for your personal VRChat account.
• Edit purchased assets for your own private use Unless you buy the Commercial license.
• Upload purchased avatars to your personal VRChat account.
• Create photos, videos, livestreams, TikToks, YouTube content, and social media posts featuring the assets as long as i get tagged for Credit.
• Commission private edits for your own purchased copy, provided all original asset licenses are respected.

4. Prohibited Use

You MAY NOT:

• Leak, redistribute, trade, gift, or share any files.
• Upload private avatars publicly unless explicitly stated.
• Claim my work as your own.
• Remove required creator credits.
• Share files with friends, partners, Discord servers, or communities.
• Include my assets in AI training datasets, AI generators, or machine-learning projects.
• Price split, group buy, or jointly purchase products.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute any portion of my work.
• Extract individual assets from my products for reuse elsewhere.
• Use my work for illegal, hateful, abusive, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to bypass ownership verification.

5. Commercial Use

Commercial use is NOT permitted unless I provide written permission.

Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):

• Selling edited avatars
• Selling avatar edits made using my assets
• Paid upload services using my products
• Nitro models
• Adoptables
• Commercial commissions using my assets
• Redistributing any portion of my work
• Selling modified versions of my products

If commercial rights are granted, they apply only to the specific agreement made with the Creator.

6. Payment & Asset Leak Fee

All payments are final.

If a buyer is found to have intentionally leaked, distributed, shared, traded, or uploaded my products without permission:

• The buyer will be permanently blacklisted.
• All future commissions and support will be denied.
• Access to future updates will be revoked.
• Reports may be submitted to applicable platforms when appropriate.

Asset Leak Fee

If it can be verified that my files were leaked by you, I reserve the right to charge a $50 USD leak fee for each individual person you distributed my files to.

Example:

• Shared with 1 person = $50 USD
• Shared with 5 people = $250 USD
• Shared with 10 people = $500 USD

This fee is intended to help recover damages caused by unauthorized distribution of my digital work.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of my products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once files or services have been delivered.

Attempting a chargeback may result in:

• Permanent blacklist
• Revoked access to future services
• Reports submitted to payment processors and applicable platforms
• Any Chargebacks will be instant BAN from my shop

8. Upload Services

If upload services are offered:

The Buyer must provide accurate VRChat account information.

The Creator is not responsible for:

• VRChat account bans
• Unity or SDK errors
• Quest compatibility unless stated
• Future VRChat updates affecting functionality
• Third-party asset issues

Upload services become non-refundable once the upload has been completed.

9. Third-Party Assets

Some products may contain assets created by other creators.

The Buyer is responsible for:

• Purchasing any required assets separately.
• Following each original creator's Terms of Service.
• Providing credits where required.

Violation of another creator's T.O.S. also violates this agreement.

10. Editing Policy

Personal edits are encouraged.

However, you MAY NOT:

• Resell edited versions.
• Redistribute edited files.
• Remove ownership information.
• Use edits to bypass this T.O.S.
• Claim edited versions as entirely original work.

11. Commission Policy

For custom commissions:

• Clear references must be provided before work begins.
• A commission slot is not guaranteed until payment requirements are met.
• Large revisions requested after approval may require additional payment.
• Completion times vary depending on workload and project complexity.
• Harassment, spam, excessive disrespect, or threatening behavior may result in cancellation without refund.

12. Blacklist Policy

You may be permanently blacklisted for:

• Asset leaking
• Chargebacks
• Scamming
• Harassment
• T.O.S. violations
• Attempting to bypass ownership verification
• Sharing purchased files
• Fraudulent activity

Blacklisted users permanently lose access to:

• Future commissions
• Product support
• Product updates
• Purchases from Sloth's Realm

13. Ownership & Copyright

All products remain the intellectual property of the Creator unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the files.

It does NOT transfer ownership or copyright.

14. Support

Support is available only for verified customers using official product files.

Support includes:

• Installation assistance
• Product issues
• Minor troubleshooting

Support does NOT include:

• Teaching Unity
• Teaching Blender
• Avatar optimization
• Rebuilding heavily modified avatars
• Repairing issues caused by user edits
• Support for leaked or unofficial copies

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

Continued use of my products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
