In this compelling course Kim challenges us (black people) to see our names as well as ourselves differently; encouraging us to stop blaming each other, along with using one another as an excuse for not achieving personal success. He also, teaches us how to tame our behaviors so we'll not become some of the same individuals who always talk about what we’re going to do, oppose to making an effort to do it. Thus, stopping us from being everyday “Blame Agents,” and naturally turning us into “Change Agents,” or ones who won’t rest until we achieve success and help others do their best at achieving the same!

Black communities in America have been riddled with Business loses, Job loses, and lack of home ownership! In "Preventing Poverty In Black Communities," Kim reveals to black people methods toward bringing Businesses back into the community, Educators back to live in the community, and Government Representation from within the black community (who has the understanding, tenacity and integrity for directing people properly). This is truly a system designed to keep black people from BEGGING! Teaching us how to set-up a "Dominionaire Driven Community," ones which is designed to help individuals as well as families dominate poverty through philanthropic, givelanthropic and/or also having successful professionals from the black community financially supporting housing developments as well as black political candidates who have the heartbeat for building/bettering the black community generationally!
