Jack Hammond is an ex-Special Forces soldier returned home from the war. He's looking to take a peaceful vacation with his family and forget the horrors of Iraq and Afghanistan. Soon after the Hammond family's arrival on their island destination, a military ship runs aground. It's carrying the military's latest experiment to fight the war on terror, bloodthirsty creatures trained to kill the enemy. And they're loose. Soon bodies begin piling up, and a clandestine military unit arrives to deal with the threat. Jack must battle the soldiers and the vicious creatures in order to save his family.
