'28 Day Full Body Base' is a workout programme designed to increase your strength, build muscle and just as important, gain confidence using weights in your workouts.

A simple and effective programme to follow using weights, so you will need to access to equipment such as a squat rack, resistance bands as well as kettlebells and/ or dumbells and an exercise bench or step.

Consisting of 3 x leg workouts per week plus 2 x 30 minute weekly walks as well as my signature '6 minute ab' workout twice weekly.

You can choose to fit the workouts in to 3 or 5 days per week depending on your preference and/ or availability so that you can find a schedule that works for you and can commit to over the 28 days.
