Wednesday — What Stories Do You Carry?
Reflection:
We all carry stories about who we are, what we're capable of, and what we're ready for. Some come from our own experiences. Others were handed to us so long ago that we may not even realize we're still living by them.
Today is an opportunity to get curious about one of those stories. You don't have to replace it with something unrealistically positive or pretend difficult experiences never happened. Just make room for the possibility that what you've believed about yourself may not be the entire story.
There may be evidence of your growth that an old version of the story hasn't accounted for yet.
Make room for what you're still learning about yourself.
