Two research directories from Care Compliance Solutions Group Ltd (CCSG) for providers researching adult domiciliary care and adult supported living council commissioning and provider routes in England.

- National council-route coverage for all 153 English adult social care authorities in each workbook.

- A PDF quick-start guide and internal-use permission notes.

The directories overlap: contacts and authorities can appear in both workbooks. The contact totals should not be added together as a count of unique people or unique email addresses.

Records provide published contact purposes, primary-source evidence, links, check dates and limitations. Contacts include relevant professional teams and named officers, procurement enquiries and existing-provider support; they are not all specialist commissioning inboxes. Historical and unresolved leads are separated from Contacts.

Main-list primary-page evidence was checked on 10–11 October 2026, with individual dates preserved. Council routes and published contacts do not prove that supplier admission is open. Check current eligibility, restrictions and application instructions before applying.

Does every council have a verified contact email?

No. Council routes covers 153 English adult social care authorities. Each Contacts tab contains accepted contact records for 76 authorities. Historical and unresolved contacts are separated in Reference leads.

Are these all specialist commissioner contacts?

No. Contact purposes vary and include relevant professional teams, named officers, procurement contacts and existing-provider support. Read the purpose, source and limitations before deciding whether a contact suits your enquiry.

When was the evidence checked?

Primary-page evidence was checked on 10–11 October 2026. Individual check dates are preserved in the workbooks. Roles, routes and procurement arrangements can change.

Have the email addresses been delivery tested?
