A Black Woman Centered: Beyond Decentering Men – The Self-Centering Framework is a book for the Black woman who is tired.

Tired of shrinking.

Tired of surviving.

Tired of feeling like everyone else gets to be chosen while she holds the world together.

This book is for the Black woman who has spent her whole life being loyal to people, institutions, and beliefs that were never loyal to her. The woman who knows she deserves more but has never been given the language to name what she’s been carrying. The woman who has betrayed herself so many times that she barely recognizes the sound of her own needs.

I wrote this book for the Black woman who wants to come back home to herself.

It explains why we learned to center everyone else’s comfort while ignoring our own pain.
