InclusiveEd Young Adults & Adults Practitioner Licence

A practical visual resource library for practitioners supporting older teenagers, young adults, university students and adults with confidence, self-understanding, overwhelm, planning, identity and life transitions.

InclusiveEd resources are designed for people who may find long written worksheets, abstract questions or traditional reflective exercises difficult to engage with. The library uses visual prompts, mind maps, structured reflection tools, planners and interactive resources to make bigger thoughts easier to see, organise and discuss.

This licence is suitable for counsellors, therapists, coaches, wellbeing practitioners, learning support professionals, mentors and others working one-to-one or in small-group settings.

What’s included

The library includes resources covering:

  • Confidence, self-esteem and self-belief
  • Identity and self-understanding
  • Anxiety, overwhelm and emotional regulation
  • Thoughts, mindset and inner dialogue
  • Goals, motivation and life planning
  • Career direction and employability
  • Higher education and student support
  • Essay, dissertation and research planning
  • Executive-function and study-planning tools
  • Money, independence and transition to adulthood
  • Midlife reflection and life transitions
  • Multi-page visual workbooks and programmes
  • Interactive InclusiveEd tools

Interactive tools include resources such as ME Project NEXT, My Project 11+ for teens and young adults, confidence and future-planning tools, and the Midlife Reset interactive resource.

Designed to support different ways of thinking

The resources can be particularly useful for people who prefer:

  • visual rather than text-heavy reflection
  • breaking larger questions into smaller prompts
  • seeing their thoughts organised in one place
  • shorter, structured activities
  • flexible tools that can be revisited over time

This can make the library particularly helpful when working with neurodivergent clients, people experiencing overwhelm, or anyone who finds it difficult to explain what is happening for them using words alone.

Flexible practitioner use

Choose the resources that fit the person in front of you rather than following a fixed programme.

A practitioner might use one visual worksheet during a conversation, return to a mind map across several sessions, use a planning tool with a university student, or explore a larger workbook over a longer period.

The aim is simple:

Make thinking visible, support self-understanding and help people work out what comes next.

Licence

12-month practitioner access for one individual practitioner.

Resources may be used with the practitioner’s own clients during the active licence period, subject to the InclusiveEd Practitioner Licence terms.

This licence is for Young Adults & Adults. Practitioners who work across the full age range can choose the InclusiveEd Complete Practitioner Licence – All Ages for access to both the Children & Teens and Young Adults & Adults libraries.
