Workplace coaching

1:1 coaching for neurodivergent employees, funded by your employer or Access to Work. Practical strategies, more confidence, and a plan you can share with your manager.

Coaching that works with your brain, at work

Workplace coaching is for neurodivergent employees, diagnosed or not, who want work to feel more manageable. We work on what matters to you: focus and organisation, energy and burnout, communication, confidence, and asking for the adjustments that help.

How it works

  • 60-minute 1:1 sessions online
  • A Working Well Plan you can share with your manager, if you choose
  • An optional three-way conversation with your manager to agree support
  • Invoices for your employer, and supplier details for Access to Work

Who's your coach? I'm Laura, a certified ADHD coach and senior nurse leader with over 25 years' experience in healthcare, clinical practice and leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my employer or Access to Work pay?

Yes. Workplace coaching is often paid for by employers, or through an Access to Work grant. Get in touch before you book and I'll send an invoice, supplier details or a quote for your application.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Coaching is for anyone who thinks they may be neurodivergent, diagnosed or not. Access to Work doesn't require a diagnosis either.

Will my manager know what we talk about?

No. Sessions are confidential. You choose what, if anything, to share, and any three-way conversation only happens if you want one.

How does booking work?

After you sign up, I'll email you within two working days to arrange your first session at a time that suits you.

Can I get a refund?

Coaching is non-refundable once purchased. If you need to move a session, let me know as early as you can.
