Sensory, Reflex, and Social/Emotional Checklists

This checklist guide focuses on concerns with sensory integration, social skills, behavior, emotional regulation, and primitive reflexes for children ages 3-6 years. Beneficial for school counselors to use as a resource for students that may benefit from occupational therapy support outside of development skills. This is a resource that can also be used by occupational therapists, OT students, parents, teachers, pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, ABA's, and other health professionals to determine if a child between the ages of 3-6 years should be referred for an OT evaluation. This checklist guide is user friendly and includes a simple scoring guide to determine need for referral for an OT evaluation based on results.
