Because our coaching services and digital products provide immediate access to proprietary resources, templates, and personalized guidance, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, we understand that unique situations may arise. If you are dissatisfied with your coaching experience, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to providing exceptional service and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. While refunds are not guaranteed, our goal is always to work toward a fair and reasonable resolution.

How does appointment scheduling work?
Scheduling is completed through Calendly, allowing you to select a date and time that best fits your schedule based on current availability.
- Initial Discovery Session: Up to 60 minutes
- Follow-Up Coaching Sessions: Up to 30 minutes each
- Follow-Up Session Fee: $25 per session
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so through your Calendly confirmation link whenever possible. We recommend providing as much notice as possible to ensure appointment availability.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
