Two Miniatures (Recorder Duet & Piano)

A delightful set of two enchanting pieces for Recorder duet and Piano by John Sullivan. Petite Waltz is a lyrical journey of interweaving melodies, twists and turns for Descant (soprano), and Treble recorders with piano.

The second miniature (entitled Fairy echoes) is played on two descant (soprano) recorders, and whilst it is based largely on a call and response theme from the recorders, they then duet magnificently in a charming flight of fantasy.
