Singing In The Reign has a song that is special to us, and we hope to all of you.
This track was originally recorded back in 1991 by our church Band at Crossroads Church. Carol Mader was the director of music. Carol was also battling with cancer at the time which is what motivated her writing this song. Within less than a year after we had this song recorded, Carol succumbed to her battle with this dread disease. The original recording is currently available in our Soundcloud library. The lead vocalist on the original track, Janet Murphy, is also the lead vocalist on our covered version. We at Singing in the Reign, with Carol’s family permission, are covering the original song and had it AI enhanced. This is a beautiful and powerful song about having faith and believing in God. Carol’s lyrics and musical feelings in this song, will serve as strength and hope for anyone needing faith. We believe Carol was taken from us because she deserved to be in Heaven quickly as a reward for the way she had lived her life. We miss her dearly.
