PRINTING

• Print at A3 at home, or save as PDF and print at A2 (42 × 59.4 cm) or A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm) at any print shop or online printer. A sizes share the same shape, so nothing gets cropped or stretched.

• Printing isn't included: this is a digital file.

HOW TO USE

• Excel: download and open the .xlsx (Excel 2016 or later / Microsoft 365).

• Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File › Save as Google Sheets (free Google account needed).

• A 'Start Here' tab walks you through every step. Example rows show how it works. Just overwrite or clear them.

• PowerPoint / Google Slides (.pptx): open in PowerPoint, or upload to Google Drive and open with Google Slides (free). Click any text to edit it. Page 1 explains how to edit and print. Fonts are Georgia and Arial, so it looks the same everywhere.
