BUILT FOR THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Record the exact row or round, repeat number, stitch count and marker positions so it is easier to pick up again. Compare gauge trials, note pattern changes for matching pieces, plan an unpick-and-retry session and keep supply or drying waits separate from hands-on time. Includes printable project-bag tags, gift care tags and a colour-layout grid.

THE EXCEL WORKBOOK CALCULATES

Weekly and daily capacity, a weekly buffer, planned and actual minutes, current remaining-work totals, usable yarn metres from label information, shared reservations and yarn shortfalls. It flags invalid records, sessions before a task is ready and sessions after a project deadline. You choose the sessions manually; it does not automatically schedule your work. Update remaining-work estimates yourself after each session.

CHOOSE THE FORMAT THAT FITS YOU

No Notion account is needed for the spreadsheet or PDFs. The Notion edition needs a free Notion account to duplicate and edit. Notion session hours calculate from minutes; planning, capacity/deadline checks and yarn allocation are manual in that edition. PDF calculations are manual. The three formats do not sync. Desktop is recommended for spreadsheet and Notion database editing; narrow browser views need horizontal scrolling.

BEFORE YOU BUY

This is a digital download, supplied as a ZIP. No physical product, crochet pattern, yarn or app subscription is included. Excel is the intended spreadsheet format; the workbook was also recalculated in LibreOffice. Use a PDF reader that supports saving AcroForm fields. Fictional DEMO records help you get started. There are 100 prepared rows per workbook log and 102 session rows.
