《 Uploading 》

➤ Make sure to use unity version 2019.4.31f1

➤ Make a new project

➤ Import the newest VRChat-Avatars-SDK-3.1.13 (Included in your download)

➤ Import the model, and use the Scene, not FBX or Prefab. (Looks like a Unity Symbol, you double click it or drag it in) This scene INCLUDES Poiyomi Toon shader [I used 8.1.090 & 7.3.46]
