AKYENE-ADE: Full 8-Part Ritual-Educational Series Bundle

Our 4-part series on totemic identity and our 4-part series on elemental asceticism are now available as a ritual-educational bundle. This series was conducted over the course of an 8-week period. Each week included a presentation on the cosmology of the totem (akyene) or element (ade) followed by a group healing susuw (meditation) ritual focused on the totem or element.

This bundle includes the video of each of the eight presentations, approximately one hour each, followed by the recording of our group healing susuw (meditation) ritual. All free book downloads examined in the presentations are included. This 14+ hours of information and ritual practice has been transformative for those who have participated live or accessed the archives. Our healing is defined as ritual recalibration. 

While we do not charge for group ritual we do accept akyede (donation) just as it is custom that when one visits a traditional shrine an offering is placed on the shrine for the Abosom or Nsamanfo. Typically, that akyede (donation) would be an aforebo (offering) from the animal realm, mineral realm or plant realm. The tumi (energy) of the aforebo would then be released via ritual invocation. In our virtual context we exchange the same tumi (energy) with making akyede (donation) online which helps to purchase aforebo (offerings) for ritual invocation and to maintain the shrines, festivals and our documentary film series on Hoodoo.
