Sepia Shawl

PLN24.00
“Sepia” is a fingering weight, slightly asymmetrical triangle shawl worked sideways from the tip to the bind-off edge. The combination of simple stitch patterns as garter stitch, lace and stripes matched with an original arrow-like construction makes the shawl very stylish, pretty and fun to make and wear.

GAUGE
21 sts and 44 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 “ - in garter stitch worked flat with 3.75 mm (US #5) needles, after wet blocking.

Obtaining the correct gauge is not necessary in case of this project, however all differences will affect the finished size of the item as well as the required yardage.
If your yardage is limited I suggest to choose yarn carefully as this kind of a shawl isn’t adjustable. Weigh your skeins before you start knitting to be sure that your yarn won’t run out.
