AutoPhysActions

With VRChat's Upcoming New update. I've gone through the documentation for the new update and made this asset. AutoPhysActions automatically adds the 3 possible actions that can happen when you/others interact with PhysBones. Grab Actions, Angle Actions and Stretch Actions.

I think a lot of people would benefit from this asset. Making it as simple as it is will help a lot of avatar creators have a better experience with creation.
