This micro preemie knitting pattern includes instructions to knit a lacy romper suit, bobble hat with strap fastening and matching bootees for very tiny premature babies or reborn dolls.
The pattern can be knitted using 4ply or DK yarn depending on the size you wish to make and includes four sizes designed to fit 10″–14″ reborn dolls or babies approximately 0lb–2.5lb.
