You can sell it on a model that uses it but must credit with link and name. (If your using it for a commission you MUST GIFT it to the commissioner (so I know who it's for as well as who is using it))
You cannot put it on nitro/free unless the tattoo is free. (this includes using it for a nitro/free avatar)
You can use it for public avatars.
You may not share the textures with anyone they must pay for it.
No refunds since it is a digital product.
No split paying for product.
