The cycle automatically controls the complete machining sequence from the first V groove to the final part-off operation.
For every programmed groove the cycle performs:

Deep V grooves can create chip-control and tool-loading problems when the cutting tool remains buried in the component.
This cycle uses a controlled full-retract peck strategy.
After each cutting peck, the tool completely retracts outside the stock before returning for the next cutting movement.

The final part-off position is independently adjustable for different component lengths.
