What's included (19 tabs in one .xlsx file)

- Start Here: how to use it, a color key (yellow = you type, blue-gray = automatic), and how to open the file.

- Annual Overview: fills in from all 12 months. Planned vs actual income and expenses, plus actual savings and net by month, a year total, your savings rate, category totals for the year, and a chart.

- 12 monthly tabs (January to December 2027): income lines, fixed expenses, planned spending by category, a spending log with a category dropdown, category totals, planned vs actual, remaining balance, and a chart.

- Savings Goals: up to 10 goals with target, saved so far, % complete, amount still needed, overall progress, and a chart.

- Debt Payoff: up to 10 debts (name, balance, APR, minimum payment) plus an extra monthly payment. See months to debt-free, debt-free date, and total interest for the snowball plan (smallest balance first) and the avalanche plan (highest APR first), plus the month each debt is paid off and a chart.

- Snowball Schedule and Avalanche Schedule: month-by-month tables (up to 30 years) that show every interest charge, payment and balance.

- Bill Checklist: up to 25 bills with due day, amount, autopay, and a Yes/No paid column for every month.

You also get a filled sample copy with made-up numbers, so you can see how everything works before you enter your own.

File format

- One ZIP containing the .xlsx planner, the .xlsx sample copy, and a "How to open" text note.

- Made for Excel and Google Sheets (.xlsx, no macros). Formulas tested by recalculation in LibreOffice.

- To open it in Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and choose Open with > Google Sheets, or use File > Import in a blank sheet. Charts may look slightly different from one app to another.

- Formula cells are locked so they don't get overwritten by accident. Tabs are protected with no password, so you can unprotect them if you want to customize. Sheet protection may not carry over when you import into Google Sheets; the formula cells stay shaded either way.

Please note
