The CPU modules of the LPU500 series (models LPU500, LPU503, LPU505, LPU508, LPU510, LPU513, LPU515, LPU518) are powerful control units for network applications. They feature two 32-bit RISC processors (SH4 at 160 MHz) and achieve a performance of approximately 290 MIPS per processor. Depending on the model, these modules offer 32 or 64 MB of main memory (ECC included) and a high-accuracy RTC (real-time clock).
