- THE PLACEMENT MAP — every surface, which color goes on it, and why

- THE FINISH SCHEDULE — product type and sheen per surface, ready to hand to a painter or a paint-store counter

- THE PALETTE CARD — colors described in plain language and, where a manufacturer's own published chart can be verified on the day your plan is made, identified from that chart; anything that cannot be verified is honestly flagged "match by swatch." No paint code is ever printed from memory.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Buy this listing.

2. I email you the intake questions and photo guide (front straight-on + both front corners, daylight phone photos are fine).

3. You reply. Your clock is 5 business days from COMPLETE intake — photos + answers. Capacity: 2 consultations in flight at a time.

4. Your plan arrives as a PDF by email within 5 business days of complete intake.

Reshoot-before-clock rule: if your photos are too dark, too blocked, or too small to build a quality render from, I'll ask for new ones before your 5-day clock starts. I won't run the clock on photos I can't do good work from, and I won't quietly deliver a weak render.

Rendered colors are visualizations. Actual paint appearance varies with light, surface, screen, and application. Always test physical swatches on your home before buying full quantities.

Lateness = full refund: if your plan is not delivered within 5 business days of complete intake, your refund is automatic on request — reply to the email thread, no forms.

Holiday-squeeze doubling: delivery windows double during holiday-squeeze weeks — Nov 23–26 and Dec 21–25 — stated at intake before the clock starts.

HOA / local rules: Checking your HOA's rules is your responsibility. If you have an approved palette or a rule (e.g., "no dark bodies"), paste it into your intake and I will design inside it. Local rules are the customer's responsibility to check and supply.

Your photos: your photos are used only for your deliverable, and deleted 30 days after delivery. Portfolio use only with separate written opt-in — and addresses are never published.

Q: What if my plan is late?

Q: Do you give me real paint color names?

A: Every color in your palette card is checked against the manufacturer's own published chart the day your plan is produced. If one can't be verified, it's printed as a description with a "match by physical swatch" flag. I don't print color codes from memory; wrong codes are worse than none.

Q: Will the render show the exact color?

A: No render can. Screens, light, and surfaces all shift color — that's why the plan tells you exactly where to test physical swatches. The render settles the combination and placement; the swatch settles the final shade.

Q: I have an HOA.

A: Checking your HOA's color rules is your responsibility — but paste their approved palette or rules into your intake and I'll design inside them.

Q: What if I hate the direction?

A: The intake asks what you love and what you refuse before I design anything, which prevents most misses. This tier is one direction by design; if you want to compare, Signature ($299) renders three and includes a revision round. Taste isn't a refund trigger; lateness is.

Q: Do you come to my house / can you paint it?

A: No — this is a photo-based service, delivered by email, and I don't perform or subcontract painting work.

Q: What happens to my photos?

A: They're used only for your plan and deleted 30 days after delivery. I never show a customer's home in my portfolio without separate written permission, and addresses are never published.
