We’ll work together to create a realistic plan that aligns with your schedule while ensuring you’re making progress without burning out.
How is this different from therapy?
While therapy focuses on addressing mental health issues and deep-rooted emotional challenges, coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented. My coaching program is designed to help you create actionable steps toward balance, self-discipline, and boundary-setting in your everyday life. Although my background is in mental health, my coaching is not therapy. Instead, it’s a partnership where I help guide you to a more fulfilling, structured, and peaceful life through personalized strategies and support.
What is the cost of the 12-week coaching program, and do you offer payment plans?
The investment for my 12-week coaching program is $1,000. To make it accessible, I offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay in full upfront, break it into 3 payments of $333, or split it into 5 payments of $200. I want to ensure this program fits your financial situation so you can focus on your growth and transformation without added stress.
