Notice of Submission without a Hearing

This is a good tool to use for party's that reside a long distance from the court where the case is filed.  If the out of town party files a motion and needs a ruling; but does not want to attend the hearing.  The out of town party can file a motion and SUBMIT IT for the court's consideration without a hearing.  See page 3 of 3 to see how to set that up.
