Wilderness Quest
"Wilderness Quest" is a fine art print from my original watercolour self-portrait, painted during a quiet moment in the Tanzanian wilderness.
Amid the hush of a protected sanctuary, she is neither conqueror nor spectator. With vision adjusting to the vastness and instinct attuned to subtle movements, she begins to read the wilderness like a quiet language. The binoculars in her hands are more than tools—they are bridges to the lives of predators and prey, of loners and pack creatures. This painting captures a fleeting awe, but also poses a deeper question: As humans, are we intruders, observers, or potential guardians?
The fragmented brushwork, abstract shadows, and warm-to-cool palette create a moment of interior stillness against the vast unknown.
Let this piece invite thoughtful presence and introspection into your space—where seeing is more than looking.
Professionally printed on fine art, archival, acid-free 300gsm paper for rich colour and long-lasting quality.
