Is this a call or coaching session? No. This is a written, asynchronous setup. We do not contact your clients or access your accounts.
When does delivery start? We deliver within two business days after receiving a complete written intake. Business days are Monday–Friday, Dubai time, excluding UAE public holidays. If a key detail is missing, we ask in writing first.
What can I revise? One written revision is included if requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
What about cancellations and refunds? You may cancel for a full refund before we begin work on your complete intake. If we cannot deliver the described setup within the stated deadline, you may choose a full refund or agree to a new deadline. If files are missing, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described, contact us and we will correct the problem promptly; if we cannot, we will refund you. For other concerns after work begins, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery so we can review a reasonable remedy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
