60 minute HOT STONE treatments available:

• 60-minute CLINCIAL massage: perfect for a focussed treatment or a full-body massage
• 60-minute TMJ massage: focussed TMJ treatment
• 60-minute SPORTS massage: including taping & strapping, maintenance and injury 

Oncology and Pregnancy treatments are NOT suited to a HOT STONES massage

Most people find the best results come from a few sessions close together - usually 6, sometimes more - depending on whether the issue is new or something longer term. Once things have settled, a maintenance session every 4–6 weeks helps keep your body feeling balanced and at ease.
