HOW TO USE

Open in a recent desktop version of Microsoft Excel. Save a working copy for each property or operating year. Replace the fictional sample entries with your own information. Enter data in the pale input cells and keep the teal formula columns intact. Prepared data-entry rows generally run from 6–105; extend formulas and formatting before adding further rows.

BEFORE YOU BUY

• Designed for short-term and vacation-rental hosts, including Airbnb, Vrbo and independent bookings.

• Excel is recommended. Google Sheets import is not separately verified; formulas, dropdowns and layout can vary after importing.

• Built-in formulas calculate selected fields from the information you enter. These templates do not sync with Airbnb, Vrbo, calendars, banks or accounting systems and do not import bookings automatically.

• Sample information is fictional and must be replaced before use.

• Revenue is grouped by check-in month, not prorated across occupied nights. Use the same property name on all relevant worksheets. Enter platform fees as percentages.
