I was born in Chongqing, China, where the city gets the nickname hot mountain because it’s sweltering in Summer. My family is ordinary, with my Mom working in a hospital and Dad working in a factory. I was just like everyone else in that city, full of curiosities. My 16 school years were spent in that city, and those were good memories. I was dreaming of being a scientist, but I chose Language as my major in university. Upon graduation, I was doing what everyone was doing. My first job as a teacher was such a joy for me, and you know it’s the first time that I earn to pay on my own, and the following story was filled with many first times in my life before 30. The first time I felt complexity in office relationships, and the first time I felt the setback in love, etc. Time flies so fast, and I gradually found out that things started to repeat after and after. It was another ordinary day that I lay in bed before 7 to wake up in the morning. The old memories flooded my mind just like water, and I was nearly drowning in it. I was not as curious as before but felt, all the same, every day. It was one day until I heard the brainwave sound from youtube. It calms me down and makes me think that I am in control of myself in a negative attitude. Later on, I add a little technology into it and turn it into a mantra.
