Designed for manual operations. Use New in each database to create records. Stock changes through dated, signed movement records; changing an order status alone does not post stock. Preserve order-line price and cost snapshots, and treat refunds and physical restocking separately.

USD is the supplied reporting base. Other currencies require verified, manually entered dated conversion rates. Revenue uses shipped quantities grouped by original order date; later shipments and paid refunds can update earlier cohorts. Reports are management estimates.

No automatic Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, bank or payment synchronization is included. Optional personal buttons and database templates can be configured in your own copy.
