You don’t need a hairnet to serve up hearty school lunches that will fuel your kids for the rest of their day! Maybe, like me, you’ve found it easy to get in a rut and fill those trays with the same items each day. Below is a list of super simple lunches we’ve been serving up to keep our mid-day meals every bit as exciting as our dinners. This list isn’t perfect, and it’s filled with very common foods, but it’s been realistic for us. We need mid-day meals to be easy to put together and tasty enough to finish, while still providing a mostly blanaced meal for our growing boys.
