Elementary PE Dribbling Unit: Lesson Plans, Grades K to 5

A 5 day elementary PE dribbling unit for PreK to 3, built around Bal A Vis X. Each day opens with a Bal A Vis X instant activity, then moves into hand dribbling skills and games.

What's included:

• Day 1: Bal A Vis X, adding a second ball and spelling with Bal A Vis X

• Day 2: bouncing sideways and dribbling in a caterpillar line

• Day 3: moving to a rubber ball, plus turning and pivoting while dribbling

• Day 4: dribbling along 4 wall lines and to different self spaces

• Day 5: pathways, direction and levels

• Dribbling games: Dribbling Practice, Bouncers and Rollers, and Pac Man Dribbling

• A Happy Walk dismissal for each day
